Things to Know Before You Book
Adults-Focused Farm Stay
- Most of our guests are couples or two adults traveling together. Guests are 16 and older. Traveling with younger children, ages 12 to 15? Reach out before you book, and we'll see if we can accommodate you.

- Pet-free. To keep things fresh and allergy-friendly, we don't allow pets in the apartment.
Hot Tub Access
Our hot tub is fully enclosed with privacy fencing and a gated entrance, located behind the house. It's the perfect place to relax, watch the steam rise, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the farm.
After you book, we'll send a calendar link so you can reserve your own 45-minute time slot. The hot tub is yours alone during your slot.
• Open daily, 7:45 AM to 9:45 PM. The last session starts at 9 PM.
• From November through February it's dark by suppertime, so an evening soak really is under the stars

Oostema Farmstead is a working Wagyu cattle farm. Your space is private, but we live onsite upstairs and may host a few other guests in our Barn Cabin, Little Farmhouse, and RV sites, especially RV campers in summer. Everyone still has room to enjoy their own quiet corner, and quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM.
