MAIN FLOOR
The main floor was designed for gathering together. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen make it easy for your group to cook, relax, watch the game, and spend time together without feeling crowded.
Large windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day, and the oversized couch gives everyone a comfortable place to unwind. The dining table seats 12 comfortably, making group meals easy.
You’ll also find a king bedroom and attached full bathroom on this level.
TOP FLOOR
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a King bed, XL Twin bed, and attached bathroom. On clear days, you can even see the mountain where Monticello sits from the window.
Two additional bedrooms each feature two XL Twin beds, making this level ideal for families, friends, or kids traveling together.
You’ll also have access to another full bathroom, washer/dryer, and the game closet on this floor.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers extra privacy and flexibility for larger groups. With direct backyard access, it’s especially convenient for guests coming and going at different times.
Downstairs includes:

One bedroom includes a King bed, while the second includes a King bed, XL Twin bed, and toddler bed.
BACKYARD + DECK
We have a large (unfenced) backyard. The back deck includes a grill and plenty of space for outdoor meals, while the yard is perfect for lawn games, relaxing outside, or spending time together between events and winery visits.
Lawn games provided include bocce ball, croquet, and small soccer goals.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is only a good fit for respectful groups.
To protect our neighbors and preserve our ability to continue hosting, only registered guests are permitted on the property unless pre-approved prior to booking.
Outdoor quiet hours begin promptly at 9:30 PM. After this time, all gatherings must move indoors and noise must remain at a respectful level. Loud music, outdoor speakers, or disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time.
We prioritize respectful stays and ask all guests to follow quiet hours and occupancy rules throughout their visit.
No Pets!

We happily host bachelorette groups and have welcomed 170+ over the years.
The home works best for groups looking for a fun, celebratory weekend while still respecting the neighborhood and house rules.

Guest rooms include dedicated drawer, closet, and hanging space for your belongings. A small number of owner storage closets and the garage remain locked for personal storage.
